With just a few clicks, you can now automatically generate a boat sheet on customized letterhead, including all essential details. This not only reduces the risk of errors but also allows you to prepare each diving excursion with greater efficiency and precision.
How it works
- Boat Sheet Compilation: Before each dive, the diving center can use FastReplySignature to automatically create a boat sheet on customized letterhead. This document includes all essential details such as the boat’s name, crew members (including instructors), the list of participants in the dive, and the diving location.
- Participant Selection: The system allows you to view the list of everyone who has signed the Liability Waivers recently. From this list, with a series of filters, you can select the participants for the specific dive with one click.
- Boat Sheet Printing: After compiling the boat sheet, the document is ready to be printed. This ensures you have a complete and well-organized sheet ready for use during the excursion. The system allows you to collect and organize the most important information of each customer participating in the dive, such as name, phone number, email, number of dives, type of certification, and other relevant data.
