Moreover, in cases where a guest forgets to fill out the contract or faces technical difficulties, the owner has three solutions:

• Resend the link via WhatsApp and offer assistance with completion.
• Scan the QR code linked to the document for signing and provide guidance during completion (the flyer with QR code can be printed directly from the software, creating the code once and printing it for guests to scan).
• As a last resort, in the reserved area, print the contract with blank and underlined fields, allowing less tech-savvy guests to complete and sign it manually.

All very straightforward!

The client now has a secure and easily accessible digital archive where all signed contracts are automatically stored.
